BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet & Upcoming QNX-Based Smartphones to Run Android Apps?

January 27th, 2011

QNX-Devices We have heard a great news from BGR that RIM has been seriously considering a new feature that will allow BlackBerry devices to run Android Apps. It’s said that Research In Motion will choose the Dalvik virtual machine as their Java environment for QNX. And Dalvik is just the same Virtual Machine that the Android OS uses. In this case, it would allow RIM’s QNX-based devices to run any App built for the Android devices.

If RIM does make such a great move, and those QNX-based devices can run Android Apps, it would be awesome! What do you think about the BlackBerry smartphones running Android Apps?
